"I usually find it hard to sit still and meditate, but something about the quiet focus of drawing made it so much easier to settle. Paying attention to the feel of the pencil on the page helped me tune in and let go."
-Jennifer, New Mindful Doodling Student

“I first joined this class almost ten years ago, and I’m so grateful for the lifetime access. I keep returning to it, and each time, a different lesson speaks to me in a new way. It’s like the course grows with me — meeting me where I am, season after season."
Claire, Mindful Doodling Alumni, 10 years

"Sometimes it’s the drawing that helps me find my center. Other times, it’s just hearing Molly’s soft voice that reminds me to breathe. This course has become a kind companion on my path, and I’m so grateful for it.”

Hi, I’m Molly Hahn—an artist, storyteller, and believer in the healing power of creativity.
For me, creativity isn’t just about making something beautiful. It’s been a lifeline. A way to process hard emotions, find moments of peace, and come back to myself.
I’m the creator of Buddha Doodles, a cartoon series that began as a personal practice during one of the hardest times in my life. Simple doodles and kind words became my way of finding calm, clarity, and connection—one drawing at a time.
Sharing that process has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I’m deeply passionate about teaching others how to tap into their own creativity—not to impress anyone, but to feel more grounded, present, and whole. Nothing brings me more joy than watching people reconnect with themselves through mindful art.
